The Strategic Plan > The Vision and Mission Committee

Charge:

1. Ensure proper oversight of the continuing “planning’ process
2. Provide continuity from the SP Committee to the ongoing planning process.
3. Finalize the measurements to monitor progress toward accomplishing our objectives and outcomes.
4. Report regularly on the “top 10” dashboard measurements to the Board.
5. Regularly review progress on the current Strategic Planning work.
6. Monitor new opportunities that arise in the Seminary’s life, to assure they fit within the vision and mission of LPTS.
7. Keep the Board connected to Strategic Planning.
8. Care must be taken for the Committee to NOT become a parallel organization and to NOT usurp the regular organization structure in the day-to-day management and decision making of the Seminary.
